Ran the Red route last night -- slight niggle at the back of my right knee -- hope it doesn't develop into anything.
Good week of training this week. Monday 8 mile club run. Wednesday, hills, again with the club. Friday morning my favourite circuit class with Lorraine at Bellahouston. One and a half hours of outside running -- mostly hills and work in the hall with weights and off the step. Saturday weights and a 45 minute spin class. Sunday 4k cross country race in Bella Park -- the perfect week ? Not far off. Great conditions for the cross country as the pictures show. Not my best skill cross country -- finished in a pedestrian 17.46 but it's great winter training. !!! PS Last time I ran this race was in 2008 my time then was 19.16
