Great day out at Morecambe for the Trimpell 20 mile road race. Good strong runs by Stevie, Marina and Norman. Norman will be forever known as the Jaffa Cake Monster, scoffing handfulls of them at the finish line. Dinner afterwards -- CHIPS -- lovely. See pictures at Imagestation.

Balloch to Clydebank Half Marathon Sunday 13/03/04. Three Cosmonauts took part -- sound, if unspectacular performances from two of the team -- stunning run from Stevie at around 1.28.30 -- his best time for four years.
