Anne, Marina and Norman ran the Crieff 10k on Sunday August 17. Anne finished in an excellent 45.30ish. Marina who had already run ten miles in training that morning came in around 49 as did Norman. The post-race feed was well up to the usual standard, well done Strathearn Harriers. Instead of a medal we were given a mug -- something a little different. Two races under his belt now -- the old " supervet " can no longer blame his cracked rib for lack of running form. It's definitely on the mend now. Next week training starts for Dublin.

THE CRIEFF 10K
