Bellahouston Road Runners

Finally took the plunge and turned up for a run with the Bellhouston Roadrunners. Very friendly bunch -- we did 8 x 1 km reps with not a lot of recovery in between. It did have to be the wettest night I can remember --torrents of rain and howling winds -- at one point I felt I had been dipped in the Clyde !!! Shoes are still wet !!! Still it may be just the thing to get my 42 min 10k PB back. Will try to get out again with them tonight -- but already I think I'm for joining.
