Great Pic

Great pic of me taking part in the National XC Championships. Shot by Danielle Glendinning -- it's softness and graininess makes it look like a French Impressionist or perhaps a Pointillist's work. It is evidence that I am certifiable. Well done Danielle for braving the conditions to help and support -- and take great pics.

National XC Relays Cumbernauld

It would have helped if my name was Noah today -- the rain just kept on coming. Huge fun at the above race -- although it didn't feel like fun out in the rain and gales. Slowish time of just over 23 minutes -- didn't start my watch so I don't know the exact time. Seven teams of Bellas turned up on the day -- not a bad turnout, I'm told this is what XC is all about -- tough and muddy, it was that for sure -- roll on the next one. Thanks to all the supporters, especially Matt for keeping me going. Only one picture taken from the safety of the changing tent to give perhaps a flavour of the day.
