Amsterdam Marathon
Stevie, Marina and Norman visited Amsterdam -- the guys to run the Marathon, Marina, just recovered from a bad injury, to run the 10k. Stevie turned out a fantastic performance again finishing in 3.08ish. Marina made a good comeback with a 47 and a half minute 10K. Norman knocked 21 minutes off his last marathon with a new PR of 3.53.07 winning the Alf Tupper award for picking himself up after a nasty fall at 17k and running the rest with a painfully damaged shoulder -- yes we are insane !!!
