Ayr Turkey Trot
Norman and Marina ran the Ayr Turkey Trot on Boxing Day. Great litttle out and back race along the seafront, preceeded by a 5k. Wonderful day for a run, beautiful blue Scottish winter sky -- sun splitting the trees -- great to be alive. Norman suffering from a bad head cold and Marina still recovering from injury, nonetheless we managed a respectable 45.25 and 45.31. Good enough on the day.
