Norman and Marina battled against wind and weather, Sunday, to complete a tough training run up the Glen Fruin Road. Winds were very strong, but the only time we stopped was to let the sheep by !! Norman completed 15 Miles -- Marina who needs the distance for an upcoming 22 mile road race added another 2 and a half. The ice cream afterwards was excellent!!!

GLENFRUIN RUN
Norman and Marina battled against wind and weather, Sunday, to complete a tough training run up the Glen Fruin Road. Winds were very strong, but the only time we stopped was to let the sheep by !!
