Anne, Marina, Terry and Norman took part in the Helensburgh Half Marathon, Sunday August 8. Beautiful sunny summer day -- but not too hot for running. Anne 1.34.13, Terry 1.34.33, with Marina not far behind at 1.38.32. The old man of the team, Norman, ambled home in a sedate 1.44.59 -- yes the one second does matter. He has a bit of work to do before the Dublin Marathon at the end of October. The free swim afterwards just the thing to cool down. More pictures in the photo album.
