Glorious autumn weather today for the St Andrews Hospice 6k race at Strathclyde Park. A little slow today I ran it in 25.40 -- that's about a minute slower than I hoped -- although it was a tough hilly course. Nice to meet Louise, Suzy, Louise and David from the Bellahouston Circuit class. The first two finished in an excellent 31 minutes. Thanks to Mark from Motherwell AC for encouragment as I ran for the finish. Arty photo by my wife Anne who also held the jackets !!!
