Connick Hill

Tough 18 miler up the West Highland Way with Marina from Clydesdale at the weekend. We started at Drymen, climbed Connick Hill slid down the other side -- me on my backside for part of the descent, came down to Balmaha and continued half-way to Rowardennan before turning and coming back to Drymen by road. Tired a little in the last mile. That's two good tough runs two weeks in a row. Last week's 15 miler was up the Glenfruin Road. Should make next week's 20 mile run from Balloch to Glasgow a lot easier !!! PS Got a brand new Garmin back with a year's guarantee for my £34. Can't beat that for service.
