The Best Laid Plans

Well my idea of getting a three three week run of training at the club to try to my running back on track has gone " agley " as the bard would put it. A very nasty chest infection has put paid to that plan. Had to pull out of Brampton to Carlisle and probably won't make Strathaven. I've been " proper no well " but I'm coming to the end of it now. One consolation -- I've had time to play around with a few art programmes on my PC. A couple of photos which I took of Blackpool have made quite an arty triptych.
