Good week last week with a club session on Monday, a treadmill session at the gym on Wednesday and a long run on Saturday of almost 12 miles. Another session of abs and weights in the gym as well. Treadmill speed session again on Monday and club on Wednesday this week, hopefully. Won't manage the long run on Saturday -- need to get out on an alternative day. Cracked the problem of getting data from the Garmin 50 to the website with help from my Bella coach Jonathan. Been having trouble with it -- I kept losing the link between the footpod and the watch -- seems to be sorted now. The graph is the 1 minute intervals with 30" rests from my speed session as it appears on my Garmin training log.

Good Week
