Continued improvement today in the Jack Crawford 10k. My time of 44.12 was almost 30 " better than my last outing, the Nigel Barge. Good conditions for running, though the course was very muddy underfoot and there was a bit of a problem with wind for part of the way. Finished ahead of Ian and a good bit behind Tom in the Bella supervets contest. Lots of good support again and thanks to Danielle for the picture.

Nice one Norman, thought I might have seen you at the Scottish Vets' relays in Strathclyde Park today. It was ffffffffffffff...reezing, let me tell you!
It was on the cards but I plumped for Bi9shopbriggs instead -- club championship race and battle of the supervets !!! I was glad to be inside when I saw the snow :-)
