Another unusual memento from the Tom Scott 10 mile road race at Strathclyde Park today. Happy with 1.13.34. Planned to run around 7.15 a mile and keep it going for as long as possible and that's pretty much what happened. Dipped a little in the middle in the slightly windy, hilly bits, but finished strongly. Great photo of me by Claire Thomson.
