Nice day in Dublin yesterday -- business although we did manage to visit a few authentic Dublin bars. Went for a wee jog on the canal today -- achilles grumbled from the start. At 2.5 miles I turned for home and walked most of the way back, definitely something amiss and it appears to have come out of nowhere. Could have come at a worse time I have to say. I'm out of town on business for most of the next two weeks so I can rest it and see what happens.

Tight Achilles
Nice day in Dublin yesterday -- business although we did manage to visit a few authentic Dublin bars. Went for a wee jog on the canal today -- achilles grumbled from the start. I'm out of town on business for most of the next two weeks so I can rest it and see what happens.
