Crieff 10k

Looking forward immensely to the Crieff 10k on Sunday. As you can see from last year's pic it is HUGE fun. Had to rearrange things a little to allow me to do it. Running diary this week -- 11 miles Sunday + some upper body work in gym; 5 miles recovery run Monday; rest Tuesday; treadmill speed session Wednesday + abdominal session; 11 miles Thursday. I'll rest Friday, do some upper body in the gym on Saturday and race Sunday. The plan for next week is recovery 5-6 miles Monday; rest Tuesday; 13 miles Wednesday + abdominals; 5-6 miles easy Thursday + upper body in gym, rest Friday; long-run Saturday -- the Crieff 10k becomes the hills/speed session of the week. Got to be planned like a blooming military campaign !!!
