Official result from Balloch to Clydebank 1.37.23 Happy with that. I had hoped for 1.37.30 so everything went pretty much to plan. Targeted five runners during the race who I though had gone out too fast and overtook four of them. My final target Jill O'Neill from Garscube had a great run and beat me by 8". Good Pic

Well done Norman, perfect conditions for a good run and you delivered one. You deserved your post race snack. Great running by Jil, Jan and Karlyn too.
