Thanks to Ian Goudie for a great action pic. Managed to pass the two Bellahouston Harriers and hold them off until the end of the race. Karlyn Forsyth who ran with me for most of the way finished 20" or so behind me, another PB, and Linda Kennedy (at the back of the group in this picture) ran a great PB -- and she reckons she was first vet over 40. Also thanks as usual for great support Ian.

Great Pic
