Found a great little 5k on holiday at Ribby Hall in Lancashire-- the Chernobyl 5k at Preston. No medal or uaseless t-shirt -- the nproceeds went to the victims of Chernobyl. £5 to enter and a pie and peas at the race HQ the Weslome Inn afterwards. Tricky course with a couple of gates some awkward bollards and a couple of hills. Met a bunch of runners from Strathclyde University who were in the area on a training run -- small world. Oh I almost forgot the time 21.19.
