Best 5k in a while tonight. 20.26 at Jog Scotland's Glasgow Green event. Happy with that. Managed to catch up with a few running pals on the night. PS The result was enough to win me first place in my age category Male Vet 55-59. Very happy with that !Great pic of me and Karlyn Forsyth-- thanks to Danielle Glendinning.
