Nine Miles in the Rain

Ran from Greens at Finnieston over the Squinty Bridge to the Ski Centre, up the hill into Bella Park, through to Mosspark Boulevard, round and into Pollok Park, past Pollok House and along the river path to the Pollokshaws Road gate. Back through the park and home by the road rather than going through Bella Park again. Fighting the conditions almost all the way -- torrential rain and strong winds. Had to slow here and there for some big puddles -- one plus point my running shoes got a good wash. Reasonably happy with the pace given the conditions. I had deep muscle massage on my damaged calf last night -- painful at the time but very good. Downside was that my legs were a bit sore this morning. Total 9.07 miles.
