
After a nice long weekend in London I had a go at my Pacific Drive to Pollok Park five mile lunchtime run. Managed it in 39.01. Pushed it a little. Fine for a training run. Feel I'm getting back to pre-injury fitness at last. PS the picture is a panoramic of the Thames, shot on my iphone with an app called Pano -- it is a stitch of five separate photos. I can do it better on the computer -- but not too bad for an in-camera app. !!!
