Enforced rest due calf niggle -- right leg this -- time has meant that I have beeen able to catch up with a lot of spin classes and I'm thoroughtly enjoying them. Niggle clearing up nicely -- should be able to get back to running at the weekend. Asics 2160s were not the answer --
too much support simply shifted the problem to the other leg. Back to 1150s, or perhaps straightforward neutral shoes with plenty of cushioning. Asics Gel Nimbus I think ! Sometimes I think we runners obsess about shoes.
