One in the Bag

Warm-up three miles, Glasgow Parkrun in the sedate time of 23.44 by my watch, just over two and a a half miles cooldown -- good morning. The Parkrun was a Bellahouston Roadrunners Club Championship Race so there was a great turnout of purple vests. Not my best performance, but another club championship race in the bag.
