Nigel Barge 10k

Torrential rain and winds didn't dampen the enthusiasm for this much-postponed 10k -- sadly my old calf twinge kicked in and I judged it wise to pull out at 5k -- lost of ice and rest and we'll see what happens.  Just when everything was coming together nicely !!!
