Massage

1 hour of sports massage with Nicola at Embody near Glasgow Green confirmed that I haven't done any serious damage to the calf. Second session with Nicola -- she is very good -- my legs feel great when she's finished with them. Also starting Yoga for runners with Mark Russsell hasn't done me any harm - hopefully these things will help me get on top of an annoying intermittent injury.
