well done to the Leisuredrome Bishopbriggs for dealing with all us runners with their usual unflappable calm. My asthma was giving me a bit of trouble -- all this pollen about, but I had a good strong run finishing in around 29.40 ish -- the Garmin averaged my pace at 7.10 a mile -- that'll do me. Next run the Bella 5k on Sunday. I've increased my intervals to 400 metres and Marina and I did a bodypump and a hill session on Sunday -- this seems to be helping.

Canal Canter
A balmy summer evening for the Springburn Harriers Canal Canter 7k race. A real runners race. £2 entry, no useless t-shirt, no medal, just a good fast flat run --well what do you expect for £2. There shoud be more races like this. !!! Met my chums from the Clydesdale Harriers at the changing facility --
