Leg Situation Over

Looks like I'll be able to run the Glasgow University 5-miler tomorrow after intensive treatment from Christine at Achilles Heel. Had intended to go to Brampton for the 10-mile road race but discretion being the better part etc etc !!! Only question is can I sensibly manage a gentle Bodypump class first thing in the morning ?? I know, I know it'll be the Betty Ford clinic for me next !
