A beautiful Autumn afternoon for the Nigel Barge 10k -- my first outing in a Bellahouston Roadrunners vest. A difficult hilly course consisting of two laps. Finished in a disappointing 45.05. Thought I might have done a little better than that. Still a good warm-up and an equally good warm down meant the legs are in great nick so I live to fight another day. Jack Crawford 10k next Saturday. I'll try and do a little better. My great chum and running partner Louise Gray was delighted with a new PB of 52.03. Well done !!!!

Nigel Barge 10k
