Had a great day with the club at the annual Valentines Day Race. Good fast run. Curry afterwards and a chance to get to know the guys a little better. What better way to spend a Sunday morning. Good progress on the plain vanilla running front. Completed 13 miles for the first time this year on Monday morning with my circuit class chums. Then went on to a hard hill session with the club on Monday night. I felt it the next morning. Next race the Kirkintilloch 12.5k -- looking forward to a better result than last year. Busy Week
