Balloch to Clydebank Half

I always think of this as the first half of the year -- and it is my local race so I was particularly pleased to run a 1.38.42. I had planned to run 7.5 minute miles and on the whole I succeeded -- missing the target by 12 seconds. I hit 10 miles at 1.15.01 -- bang on time but lost a little over the last couple of miles. Still no complaints.
