Great family day out at Ayr for the Boxing Day Turkey Trot 10k. 23 Bellas turned out for a blustery race -- the wind in your face for the first 4k was horrrific. Good on the way back with the breeze at our back. I aimed for 7.00' miles and achieved an average of 7.05 with a time of 43.56. My big son Colin beat me by a good 30" or more, Louise Gray got another PB -- she really is stormin' this season. My great chum Stevie ran a good sub-40.
