Good day out at the Drumchapel 5k today. Not running today but thought I should come out and support my local community event. A great day was had by all -- loads of kids out running -- some of them perhaps for the first time and super support from the local community. To my mind it looked a little smaller this year -- hope not -- events like this are essential in the battle to improve Glaswegians' health. My friend Marina from Clydesdale has a good sub 21.30 -- particularly since she ran both the 5k and 10k Calderglen Trail races on Friday. More pics on Flickr.

Good day out at the Drumchapel 5k today. Not running today but thought I should come out and support my local community event.
