Excellent day out at Crieff for the must-run, cult race of the year -- the great off-road 10k. Finished in 47.55 one second behind my Bella team-mate Ian Goudie who passed me in the last half kilometre. Well pleased with that time since I have been fighting off a cold all week -- indeed I had to pull out of the Jog Scotland 5k on Wednesday -- there was no way I was fit to run. Incidentally the video above is a slideshow of my team-mates at Glasgow Green -- the first time I have tried to upload a video. Three other Bellas made the trip to Crieff -- Maddie and Andy Smillie and Alan Scott -- good times from all.
