Enjoyable day at Arran with the chaps from the club. I went as a sub in case of any call-offs I was glad not to have to run as I had just had intensive deep muscle massage on my troublesome calf. The Ladies team came first and they won five out of their six legs. The Guys lost out to Irvine by about 45 seconds -- bad luck. I shot some video this time instead of stills -- despite my dropping the video camera battery into the drink -- I managed to get some shots. Not as comprehensive as I intended but here is the result.
