6 miles out and back along the canal from Old Drumchapel to Lock 27. Reasonable pace. After a warm mile of 9 minutes the rest of the run averaged 8.30, including mile three at 8.14. Feel as though I am on my way back after a quite longish lay-off with the chest infection -- same again on Thursday, Long run on Saturday and hopefully back to the club next Wednesday night -- I think it is the last full session before Christmas.
