Three Layers

Just under 6 miles this morning -- along the canal from Old Drumchapel, up the switchback road to Canniesburn then up through Drumchapel and home. Three layers, gloves and hat needed but the conditions were great -- sunny crisp, frosty. A little treacherous underfoot so not the fastest pace. Met the Shettleston Eritreans on the way -- they're fast !!
