Run of the Year
Run of the Year so far -- a few of us turned up for the club session last night -- yes we are insane. The official session was cancelled so a group of us had great fun running round Bellahouston Park in the snow -- not a bad session as we had to work hard on the soft ground and we included a bit of hill work. Not too many snowballs were thrown !!!

I thought I'd play safe and stick to the main road. Ran up the A77 to Eastwood Toll and back with my friend Angela. The snow was that bad up there, we couldn't keep our eyes open. 7 miles in the snow. Was out last night too, it was Baltic !!
Well done Ian -- going out on a night like that makes us real runners I suppose :-)
