4 Seasons

Four seasons in one day today. It went from warm and sunny to hailstones during my long, slow, 11 mile run from Clydebank to Milton and back again. Lovely run along the canal. At one point I was within 6 feet of a heron and a few yards further on was a beautiful black shag. Camera in the car of course. Made it back to Clydebank in time to catch a good few Bellas finishing the Balloch to Clydebank Half. Not running myself -- the story is too long and boring to relate here.
