Good decision not to enter the Glasgow Green 5k tomorrow night. Last minute change of shift means I'm going to Edinburgh -- should get back in time for the club night -- but wouldn't it be maddening if I paid £10 and had to miss the race. It does mean however that I must run the Bella 5k to complete the club championship. Good 6 mile recovery run this afternoon, from Greens at Finnieston up past the ski centre and round Bella Park -- followed by a quick weights and abs session -- must do more of those. Good Decision
Good decision not to enter the Glasgow Green 5k tomorrow night.
