Good Week
Good week this week. The first week of my marathon training programme, ran 5 days -- Men's 10k Sunday; six miles and a weights and abs session in the gym on Tuesday; Club hill Session Wednesday; easy five mile recovery run Thursday and a good 10 miles on Saturday, followed by another session in the gym -- total mileage around 35 miles -- happy with that. Also happy for my pal Louise who won the President's Cup handicap race last week -- a great and much deserved achievement. The photo is a tribute to her and all the Bellas who took part. Don't know who the men's winner was -- but well done to him too !!!
