Next race Helensburgh half marathon a week on Sunday. Less mileage this week as I decided not to try to make up the Arran shortfall -- also I did two 11 mile runs that week anyway. The long run this Saturday will be around 17-18 miles. Thankfully I'll have company for most of the way. PS Made it 15 for the long run, going for 18 on Wednesday then a rest before the half.
