President's Cup 5k

Ran the Bellahouston Roadrunners President's Cup 5k tonight in a pedestrian 21.05 -- almost 40" slower than my last outing at the same distance. Huge fun though with a large part of the club taking part -- and a great feed of goodies afterwards.
