Another Parkrun

Ran the Glasgow Parkrun with Bella clubmates Jane and Mary -- a little faster this time at 22.37 -- benefit of a good warm up. Ran back to the ski centre with an extra loop of Bella Park making about 9 miles in total. Happy with that.
