Unlucky for Some

13th Glasgow Parkrun in a respectable, if hardly blistering pace of 23.48. Quite deliberately did not race this one -- despite being sorely tempted by Clydesdale's Watson Jones. It added much needed quality to a 10 mile long run. Total of 32 miles chalked up this week. In the wise words of my old sparring partner Ian Goudie -- back from Thailand with a startling hay coloured thatch -- " run the parkrun -- don't let it run you. " Back for more next week I hope.
