Ran the Jimmy Irvine Bella 10kyesterday in the less than blistering
time of 46.26 -- over a minute and
a half slower than the same race last
year -- not my best performance.

PS the two veterans you see on my
shoulder both overtook me in the
last kilometer or so. Watson Jones
running for Clydesdale, took the
prize for first in the Male 60+
category. Great support as always
from Katie and Sam from Achilles
Heel, the event sponsors, as well as
countles Bellas all round the course.
