Indulged in a bit of Parkrun tourism today completing the Whitstable event in Kent in a respectable 22.09. 22nd out of a field of 135 and first in my age group. They're a friendly bunch the park runners. I had just stopped my car when a tap on the window and Mark from London introduced himself - we chatted and did a warm-up together. He finished half a minute or so ahead of me. No time to stay for coffee sadly - the family were awaiting my return. All in all a good morning's work.
