Jack Crawford 10k

Strangely happy with my slowest 10k in years this morning 48.07 on my watch.  After six weeks off with injury -- six weeks coming back and then 4 weeks of man-flu which took antibiotics to clear, 8 minute miles will do me on the day. Thanks to Danielle Glendinning for the great pic. Glad she got me while I was overtaking :)
