Another Gammy Leg

Pulled my calf muscle again on the easiest and gentlest of runs -- onkly got half a mile into it when I had to pull up.  Instant ice and compression helped.  So back to the gym for me and we'll see how long it takes to heal.   Thought I'd managed to get on top of the problem with my regime of metafit, stretching and exercises -- don't really know what else to do to try and prevent this type of injury.
